WHR System
WHR is installed for cement plant to provides standard solution for power generation of 4.5 MW, 6MW, 7.5MW, 9MW, 12MW, 18MW. It obtains waste heat resources during the process of cement production by recycling exhaust gas which is pollutant to the environment. The WHR system is not only superb in low cost, economic efficiency but also meets the shortage in power supply. Reduced emission on carbon dioxide has also an positive effect on environmental protection.
There are two types of WHR system provided by CDI, single-pressure system and double-pressure system. Based on principles of setting power in line with heat, saving energy, recycling heat and zero heat loss, CDI has formulated its own technical models and family support scale to deliver to the users standard system with power generation of various capacity. Meanwhile CDI can provide system commissioning, training and other services, and optimize the layout accordance with site condition and user’s needs.
